Jonathan has many years of experience in bodywork and blends different styles and treatment types together to create his own unique, results proven approach tailored to meet the needs of each individual patient. This includes sports massage, Chinese Tuina, shiatsu, deep tissue, and acupressure.
REHABILITION & RECOVERY EXERCISES
In addition to passive treatment, Jonathan also empowers his patients to incorporate a self-care regimen that incorporates therapeutic exercise and stretch instruction in order to accelerate recovery time and prevent relapse or re-injury and may be prescribed based on the patient's needs.
YOGA, QIGONG & TAICHI
Jonathan has over 2 decades of experience in martial arts, tai chi and Qigong and is an active instructor. He has taught classes in these subjects in special seminars throughout the world. These practices can help add healing benefits for patients and may be prescribed based on the individual patient's needs.
JOINT STABLIZATION/KINESIO TAPING
When needed, Jonathan may also employ Kinesio Taping to help mobilize and increase circulation to ligaments, muscles and tendons.

An ancient technique of relieving muscle sprain and inflammation, also known as scraping, using a massage tool.
HERBBAL CONSULTATIONS & PRESCRIPTIONS
